spit, mixed with dirt – muddy words flow
I don’t care if it’s been written before
or if writing about love is cliche…
here are the facts:
I’m an earthy, passionate woman
who is in love,
and deeply so.
I’m in love with the words
and the earth and the sea
and the way the open air smells.
Daily, I fall in love and in lust
and I swoon with the art all around me.
Yes, I’m a sensual romantic
who’s stimulated
by intelligent conversation.
I’m so very much in love,
so I think I’ll keep writing about that.

And you are so right to do so. ‘Love is many a slendid thing’, so sayeth the bard…in all its guises, and to write is merely to express and share.

I think it’s possible that in the end, we’re going to understand that all this was just one big love story.

I do believe that you are correct. I’m one hundred percent convinced of that, actually.

Thank you, yes it’s something not to give up on or ignore. There are many shades of love, paint them with words or ink or pencil or whatever!
